A really good friend of mine, Azeem Khalifa, who is the biggest advocate for True Honey, told me to have a spoon every day. It started with small sachets to boost my immune system. Now I have the 250g jar. I stopped listening when he started talking about the medicinal benefits, because after having a spoon a day, I realized it just tastes really good. Thirty minutes later, I couldn’t help myself and had another spoon. I hope it lasts a month. Definitely coming back for more.

They were an intresting taste as a tablet form, I'm not sure yet if I would buy them again but then again I thought it might be good for my bones in my feet as I have arthritis
