What we love most about our Manuka honey, is sharing it with you. Here’s where we ship to, and how it gets there and how long it takes.
In United Kingdom we ship each working day for orders placed before 4pm. To most places your order should be there within 3-5 working days (some rural addresses could take longer). For locations outside of the UK please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org with your query and will come back to you.
The True Honey Co. uses James and James warehousing who are based in the UK and they arrange a Courier most suited to your address. Couriers won’t deliver to a PO Box, so you’ll need to tell us your physical address when you place an order.
We’ll email you when we ship, detailing who we’ve shipped with and your unique tracking number. If your honey isn’t with you within the estimated shipping time, click on the link in your email notification, or email email@example.com and we’ll chase it up.

From this website we ship directly within the United Kingdom, as well as New Zealand and Australia from truehoney.co.nz. For other countries, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do what we can to make it happen, although there might be some shipping cost – sorry
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We ship our orders daily so if you find you have hit a button you wished you hadn’t (we’ve all been there), and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, then quickly buzz us and we’ll see if we can cancel the order.
